Fly tipping - lids missing from at least one paladin bin + tipping ongoing in alleyways - Street Scene to be alerted.

CCTV at both ends of Athelstan Road overlook the paladin bins - for enforcement action/fines for fly tippers.

Dog fouling still a major issue, despite signs being lowered & aligned to face pedestrians.

TDC alerted to repossession of No. 36 & aware of possible auction + already made an offer to the former owner earlier this year!

Rubbish concerns regarding the cars at the car wash - Kingdom to be involved.

Lola [guest, not resident] parking issues - Barry Lewis to resolve, even though it's outside his jurisdiction.

Clare's personal CCTV system cost £1,600, but is being used by police/enforcement to ID perpetrators of ASB, fly tipping & dog fouling.

Mid street paladin bins - 26-30 - now have 2 collections/week minimum.

Clare very kindly volunteered to represent Athelstan Road/Dalby Square at the Waste Forum Meetings - 1st Tuesday of the month in Community Centre in St. Paul's Road.

Salmestone Ward to ballot 4,000 households regarding voting on '20's Plenty' speed reduction campaign for entire ward!

The two phone boxes which weren't removed - out of the four - are in an extremely poor state - their removal needs to be arranged.

Barry Lewis will liaise with the Police District Commander regarding Craig Mackinlay's offer to arrange a community meeting.

Selective Licensing fine for non-maintenance of tenanted property is £20,000.

Oil dumped in the gutter needs to be cleaned up, after someone changed their car's oil & dumped it in the street.

Residents' Parking Scheme suggested but no one present wanted it to be campaigned on.
